Parrisse Care Consulting is registered by the Care Quality Commission and we are proud to be a member of National Care Association.
Our staff team who are dedicated and caring are professional, highly experienced and qualified to at least NVQ level 2 and above or working towards it. All our staff undergo a vigorous and robust recruitment and selection process including Disclosure and Baring Services (DBS) and reference checks.
We continually up skill all our staff to meet the choices and changing needs of our service users. We regularly carry out training needs analysis to identify using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Treats) analysis to support their personal and continuous development plan.
